Today marks day one of a journey that first began twenty five years ago. Here’s what we announced today… and why it matters to me.
I live for moments of intense clarity – when it’s obvious why I’m here, the right answers come naturally, and I’m motivated to do great things. I live for moments when I’m the best version of myself.
We started PeopleReign because we believe everyone wants more moments of intense clarity. Everyone wants to spend more time being the best parent, friend, spouse, sibling, and colleague. We believe removing whatever inhibits those moments is the quickest way to make the world a better place.
PeopleReign is the culmination of a personal twenty-five year journey to make people better. We spend more than a third of our lives at work which is why we started there. Imagine a world of work without friction; a world where work is fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding. Imagine work unconstrained by waiting on hold, feeling demotivated, and battling internal processes to accomplish routine tasks. That’s a world filled with moments of intense clarity.
When employees have great experiences at work, they’re more productive, less likely to quit, and love what they do. They make colleagues better and customers happier. Smart technology from PeopleReign understands where employees are, what technology they own, and what meeting resources they need. PeopleReign domain ontologies are pre-configured to answer more than five million work-related questions. The PeopleReign virtual agent speaks 27 languages. The PeopleReign system of intelligence reduces call volume by 65% and cost per ticket by 90% for our customers.
We’ve spent the past two years developing the world’s smartest virtual agent for IT and HR employee service. I’m proud beyond words to introduce it to the world and celebrate the success of our customers, partners, and incredible team.
