• Have managed small teams and are looking to improve your technical skills while growing into a leadership role
• Have been coding actively in positions of increasing responsibility over the past several years
• Have experience with architecture, CI/CD, agile project management, and all aspects of technical hiring

• Architect a SaaS platform and data pipeline that scale to billions of daily transactions
• Partner with engineers and product teams to develop SaaS products
• Deliver high-quality, data-driven features on time
• Own the lifecycle of your code from unit testing to deployment to monitoring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Demonstrated success in high-growth, startup environments
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in coding (multiple languages including Python), databases, API design, cloud architectures (including AWS and Azure), frontend frameworks (including React, Vue, and Angular), integrations
• Advanced proficiency in git-based workflows
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks like Pytest and mocking strategies
• Experience with Flask, SQLAlchemy, Python asyncio, Docker, Swagger/OpenAPI
• Bonus: demonstrated success working with AI and data science frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
