Each year, PeopleReign awards a small number of unsung heroes at work who are responsible for delivering better employee experiences. The real AI heroes are the ones who take responsibility every day for ensuring AI is used responsibly to help employees do more work that matters. What do you enjoy most about your job?
I truly enjoy being able to provide impactful solutions quickly with Concierge AI—solutions that would otherwise have taken much longer to implement or simply not been possible. It's incredibly rewarding to see complex employee service challenges resolved in moments, empowering teams to focus on higher-value work.
What inspires you to do great work?
Seeing how our solutions drive meaningful results and hearing direct feedback from users who benefit from them every day is the biggest motivator. Knowing we're making real differences in employee experiences and efficiency pushes me to keep innovating and pushing the boundaries with Concierge AI.

The growth and learning opportunities this job offers excite me the most. Additionally, being able to work with an amazing team makes a significant difference. Fenwick has been my home for some time now, and being part of this family is what I love most about working here.

I'm inspired when I know I can make a real difference. Helping someone, solving a problem, or making things run smoother gives me a lot of satisfaction. I like seeing the results of my effort and knowing I contributed to something positive. That feeling motivates me to work hard and keep improving.

The People, 100%, the team I work with across countries within SCC and our partners etc. – the people I interact with and conversations and workstream activities that then drive successful delivery – achieving what we do with the team we have gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction and pride.

There is something incredibly rewarding about being part of a team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality IT solutions. Knowing that our work directly impacts the efficiency and success of the organizations we serve gives me a sense of purpose and motivation.
